Registration

Please plan to register and have all paperwork together PRIOR to the registration deadline. If all documentation is NOT provided, there is a possibility that your student or child will NOT be able to participate in the fair and/or not move on to the State level should they win.

Should you have questions feel free to contact Dr. Anderson by filling out the form to the right.

STEP 1.
HAVE YOUR TEACHER REGISTER ONLINE AT THE REGIONAL FAIR SITE

TEACHERS:
Go to the Stem Wizard website to register. This will allow the student to link their project to a specific instructor and ensure both teacher and student receive all emails sent from the new portal. For students who do not have a sponsoring teacher, such as those who are home-schooled, a parent can function in this role.

STEP 2.
REGISTER YOUR PROJECT ONLINE

STEP 2a. STUDENTS: Go to Stem Wizard website to register your project and determine which forms you need. At a minimum EVERYONE is required to have FORMS 1, 1A, 1B, OFFICIAL ABSTRACT, RESEARCH PLAN, and PUBLICITY PERMISSION FORM. Additional forms may be required depending on the scope of your project. These are all accessible through the Stem Wizard site.

STEP 2b. Upload all forms through the Stem Wizard site so we can approve projects PRIOR to the start of the fair and determine if the projects are ISEF compliant. All forms will be uploaded digitally this year to simplify the transition to the State level.

Make sure your project is compliant prior to submission by using the ISEF Rules Wizard.

WHY DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE A PUBLICITY PERMISSION FORM?

All students will need to complete a publicity permission form before participating. While it is not required that they give permission for the use of their image etc. at the regional level, in order to participate at state competitions and above, they must have approval through permission forms to allow for publicity of images.
